Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

We send our orders via Fedex. Currently, orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmation will be sent shortly after shipping. Products are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days of shipment. If you need your item in a rush, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

International Shipping: We’re happy to ship international orders; however, all shipping rates on our site apply to shipping within the USA only. Please email info@allthingstaj.com and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.



Returns:

We believe in creating beautiful products for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@allthingstaj.com so that we can find a solution. Our customers are important to us, and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase. Return any item within 14 days of receipt and it can be repaired, replaced, or exchanged for store credit. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

Due to the hand made nature of our product please note that slight variations in color and design are unavoidable. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you but this cannot be guaranteed.
